故事叙述一只叫Twilight Sparkle(暮光闪闪）的小马为了执行导师Princess Celestia（塞拉斯蒂亚公主）给她的任务，与助手Spike（斯派克）一起来到Ponyville（小马镇/小马谷）学习有关友谊的魔法的知识，其中她认识了Applejack（苹果杰克、阿杰）、Rarity（瑞瑞、珍奇）、Fluttershy（小蝶）、Rainbow Dash（云宝黛西/云宝）与Pinkie Pie（萍琪派）五位好朋友，每只小马都代表着友谊的每个元素，并在Elements of Harmony（谐律精华）中，各扮演重要的关键元素。此后，Twilight Sparkle（暮光闪闪）便与她认识的新朋友们开始了有趣的日常生活。。该剧讲述了高凤山三个儿女金虎、金豹、金凤与铃铛以及三奶奶之间恩怨情仇。金豹为兄长金虎迎娶铃铛，不想路上铃铛被三奶奶手下人抓走，金豹为救嫂子，也被三奶奶关起来。接新娘小毛驴带着三奶奶信物跑回高家，金虎得知铃铛被掳走，怒气冲天……。When the world is in danger, superheroes come to rescue humanity. they are stronger, faster, smarter than ordinary people and are willing to sacrifice themselves for the sake of others.
