影片讲述的是影片讲述的是一家精神病医院拥有一项用唱歌治病的新方法，院长想藉此将精神病院做大做强。为此一个点子大王给院长找来一个流浪歌手做卧底，算计着将来通过选秀什么的把唱歌疗法的神奇性传遍全国，从而达到融资上市的目的。但是事情的发展完全超出了他们的掌控，一个又一个危机接踵而至。。单纯的亚发与风骚迷人的Cat结婚后，感情开始不大好。因此，决定带Cat到耶加达再渡蜜月，望能重收旧好，然而，抵达后，二人仍常为小事争执。一日，当他们正在沙滩争吵时，刚有两名商人带着一批钻石经过，突然警察赶至，两名商人见状立即慌惺逃去，混乱中，有两粒钻石落在发与Cat手上。当发与Cat发现钻石后，开心不巳，然而却互相隐瞒对方。同时，该两名商人亦派了龙兄来寻回钻石。发与Cat得悉此事，便决定合力保...。Young people use music to express their new awareness of life and generational opposition to their parents, as well as to protest the social and political climate in East Germany.
