1997年岁末，外出办案的西安沣河派出所民警老张突遇车祸，随身携带的六四式手枪被人窃走。次年四月，美国总统克林顿将访华，第一站就是西安，公安部明令陕西警方三月底前必须破案。西安市公安局八处临危受命，接连破获了一连串枪案，唯独没有12.1枪案的线索。此时，凶犯已用该枪在西安连续作案多起，多人死于非命。抓捕的大网在周边展开，西至宁夏，南到上海、湖北，犹如困兽的凶犯终于乱了阵脚，主犯在逃往北京后被擒获，首犯董雷（王双宝 饰）在武汉伏法。此时，离公安部要求的破案时间提前了两天......。Kol is an evil guy about to be executed on a distant spaceship. He manages to escape on a shuttle and make his way to some woods in America. The commander of the spaceship decides to send out The Alienator to execute Kol at all costs. Kol meets up with some teens and Ward Armstrong and together they all try not to get killed by the pursuing Woman of Death - The Alienator.。
