Ok, folks, this is my last Ishii upload. Totsugeki! Hakata gurentai is his first feature and last 8mm film. Haven't watched it yet myself, but from the looks of it, this is very much reminescent of eighties and nineties v-cinema, sort of like early Miike (only made in 1978). There is considerably more dialogue than in his earlier films, but it doesn't seem too complicated plotw...。督察江子山头脑冷静，思想缜密，做事客观，虽与新调任性格独断独行的沙展徐飞合作，但仍能以柔制刚，充分利用对方敏锐的直觉和丰富的经验，屡破奇案。徐飞亦因江子山助他立下不少大功，事业亦见起色，对江子山深感佩服，在工作上二人成为无敌拍档，私底下也成为惺惺相惜的好朋友。 在感情上，这对好拍档却分别纠缠于两段解不开的情缘之间。江子山徘徊于文婉兰与唐心如之间，不知从何选择，直到他决定取舍的时候，奈何却天人永隔。徐飞一直对失踪多年的女友梁芊芊未能忘情，至武俏君出现，二人擦出火花并同居。待二人感情渐渐升温之际，不料，徐飞此时突然收到芊芊的消息，面对旧爱与新欢，他最终将如何抉择。。
