人类文明进入动乱的时代，地球笼罩在战火之下，各大主要城市相继沦陷，人类四散而逃，血流成河。虽然星野铁郎（野沢雅子配音）破坏了机械化星球，但是机器人与人类的战争仍在继续，并且人类已经到了生死存亡的危急时刻。正值紧要关头，铁郎得到来自梅蒂尔（池田昌子配音）的信息，要他重新搭乘银河铁道999号。在一众战友的帮助下，铁郎穿过一道道火线，经过几番周折，终于登上了久违的银河铁道999号，重新开始了一段漫长、孤独而又充满惊险的宇宙旅程…… 本片为《银河铁道999》第二部剧场版动画。。This film recounts the lives and deaths of various victims of AIDS who are commemorated in the AIDS quilt. It is a massive cloth collecting each piece as a memorial for each victim of the disease to both show the death toll and to show the humanity of the victims to those who would rather demonize them.。穿上的乘客和船员们正享受着潜水旅行，然而意外逗留在了加勒比海的百慕大三角洲，这时奇怪且致命的事情发生了。。
