Comedy about the proverbial genie who comes out of a bottle (a table lamp in this instance) to serve his new master. The only problem is that instead of helping his master, the genie (Burl Ives) tends to get his master (Tony Randall) into more predicaments than he gets him out of.。许知意深爱程寒川十年，在家族的安排下终于如愿以偿嫁给程寒川，却在新婚之夜被抛下。最后许知意因病去世，而程寒川才后知后觉的发现自己爱上了许知意。他后悔莫及，好在老天给他一次重来的机会，许知意并没有去世，只是失忆。。根据地疟疾肆行，非战斗减员十分严重，黑风奉总部之命，回北平搞药品。他制定了一个声东击西，以假乱真的“黑风计划”，在与内部奸细介壳虫、敌特头目清水、高桥一番斗智斗勇后，终于成功地把药品运回了根据地。。
