From a refugee camp on the Turkish-Syrian border, an 8-year-old girl, EVLIN, characterizes the resistance of her homeland. Her heroes, the Kurdish female fighters, are defending the city of Kobane against the onslaught by ISIS militants. The power of the human spirit emanates through Evlin as she shows us that hope and resilience prevail even in the most tragic of circumstances...。沈志强（黎耀祥饰）因想与妻子云（关宝慧饰）朝夕相见，申请她来香港定居。然而，他又担心云被其他人抢走，因此将她强留在家中。云想要出门，沈志强同意她叫来契妹红来陪伴她。后来，红带着云一同出门，并精心装扮云。 在外面的时候，云偶然遇到了一个叫朗的男人，朗被云的美貌所吸引。回到家后，沈志强看到云的装束后突然变得情绪激动，云受不了这种暴虐的对待，决定听从红的建议，去酒吧散心。在酒吧里，她再次遇到了朗，两人之间逐渐产生了感情。最终，云无法再忍受沈志强的虐待，决定与他分开。在一次混乱的场景中，她杀死了沈志强，并带着他的钱逃走。。
