Seven years later, thanks to the marriage of one of them, they meet again.。1974年，新建的兰湾海港工地上，指挥长凌勇为响应周总理提出的"三年改变港口面貌"的号召，正和工人们一起用沉井方法兴建两个万吨级码头。。
