Thanwa和Sammy继《爱火游戏》之后二搭，此剧翻拍2006年Kob和Stephan主演的同名电视剧。娣娣（艾莉西亚·席维史东饰）高中毕业即离乡背井，生性自由的她现在带著十二岁大的小儿子回到暌违十三年的家乡，并与中学时期的热恋男友山姆（伊昂·贝利饰）重逢。山姆已与莉蒂雅（安娜贝·基许饰）结婚，二人生活幸福美满，不过迄今膝下无子。娣娣是否会对莉蒂雅造成威胁？娣娣儿子的父亲又谁是呢？。The story takes us back to 1889, in the wake of primary school teacher Louise Violet who is sent to a village in the French countryside to enforce Republic schooling (which is free, compulsory and secular).
