2016年是艺术大师耶罗尼米斯·博斯逝世500周年。《博斯，梦幻花园》是一部关于他的作品《人间乐园》的纪录片，这幅画是他最重要的作品，也是全球最知名的画作之一。这幅画的涵义十分复杂，即便如今它在西班牙普拉多博物馆中久经高科技和再三修复的考验，依然潜藏着无数隐喻尚待能够理解它的人去解读，而本片正是希望通过记录这幅画给当今世界各地无数作家、画家、音乐家带来的灵感，从而激发人们去发掘其更深层次的涵义。。香港人北上吃喝的熱潮持續，久而久之或忽略了同樣具有特色的本土味道。近年不少本地老字號、食肆、食品廠因不同原因結業，市民實應珍惜現時仍留下來、一直堅持「香港製造」的有心人。 五位主持黃劍文、冼靖峰、潘靜文、莊子璇、王汛文引領觀眾走進農田、魚排，見識香港農業、漁業的發展。節目也會從土炮食材出發，尋找真正來自本港或香港製造的優質食材，藉以支持一班堅守原味道的業界朋友，協助振興本土經濟。。The film tells the story of a small train riding without its driver and the passengers locked inside.
