本片讲述在国家脱贫攻坚大战略中，黄河滩涂扶贫迁建成为山东脱贫攻坚的重中之重。到2020年，黄河滩涂60万人告别贫困，搬迁到了政府修建的安置房中，开始新的生活。。Nikita lives in the small town of Chegarinsk, which is right on the drug trafficking route from Central Asia to Siberia. Deciding to go to Moscow to build a musical career, Nikita wants to earn extra money. His childhood friend offers to transport a bag of drugs, and during a trip to Krasnoyarsk, Nikita miraculously does not fall into the hands of the police。
