在到五台山的国道旁，有一座看上不去不太起眼的滑石片战役纪念碑，镌刻着1938年这里发生了一场激烈的战斗，八路军歼灭了数百日寇，缴获了不少战利品，这个石碑看上去似乎也被人们淡忘很多年了。。天师府传人张処澜被老天师选定成为下一任继承人，却被自己最信任的小师妹林沐雪设计夺位，身受重创的他只能伪装成卜卦师韬光养晦。隐藏身份的他表面看起来一无是处，所以他的岳父竟想废婿让女另嫁，他更是察觉到妻子内心的动摇，内忧外患之下，他该如何？。He works at the fairground as “Stump the Guesser”, who can guess anything for a fee.
