中华小当家，（日文：中华一番!，漫画连载后期改为：真中华一番!），又译中华一番！或中华小厨师，是1997年至1999年于日本少年Magazine周刊连载，由小川悦司的漫画作品，此外并有动画版本发行播出。其内容主要描写中国四川省的年轻厨师刘昂星（注意：非刘“昴”星；外号阿昂，台湾动画播出时译为小当家）学习厨艺，到广州阳泉酒家修行，获得特级厨师（漫画中虚构的中国料理界的最高地位）资格，结交许多对于厨艺有志一同的朋友，及最后与“黑暗料理界”对抗过程的冒险漫画。。讲述了狂傲的海上霸王秦尚城和将门侠女花溶之间“高糖甜宠”的浪漫爱情，少女花溶因怀有一个“侠女梦”而离家出走，阴差阳错差点成为“压岛夫人”。历经一番艰难，花溶终于逃离海岛，但早已情根深种的秦尚城不愿轻易放弃，就此踏上了“漫漫追妻路”。剧中融合江湖奇闻、先婚后爱等多种元素， 展开一场“天使与恶魔情归何处”的新古装甜宠故事。。Chronicles comedian Eddie Izzard's rise to fame from early influences - losing his mother to cancer at a young age before being sent with his brother to boarding school - to his close relationship today with his father.
