This story starts in Italy very briefly, a young soccer player mother dies and the boy is forced to live in North America with Friends of the Mother. Burt Young is the Coach of the local team which help the young boy along while he deals with adjusting to a new country and getting scouted for a pro team.@。宇航员高村宗一（千叶雄大饰）为了取得人类在宇宙中舒适生活的样本数据，在宇宙中停留了1年之久。极度讨厌人类的他，摆脱了烦人的人际关系，与人工智能Yuri（吉冈里帆饰）一起满足于在宇宙中独自生活。有一天，他收到了前恋人鲇原咲子（门胁麦饰）的卫星线路采访。在画面上久别重逢，两人不知不觉间变成了吵架，宗一产生了怀念的心情。另一方面，人工智能Yuri发现宗一抱有的感情接近人类的恋爱之情，开始对自己存在的意义产生疑问。。
