In Spring 2020 when five students and two faculty members from the Mid Ulster College of Art go missing in a forest on the north coast of Ireland. What happened on the day they disappeared has remained a mystery - until now.。一心工作的主人公平山幸之助（小日向文世饰）从长年工作的公司退休。期待着与妻子史枝（户田惠子饰）一起度过安稳的余生。但是，身为家庭主妇的史枝，却有著“开书吧”的隐秘梦想。史枝想用幸之助的退职金开一家咖啡馆，幸之助对此强烈反对。史枝试着说服幸之助，但幸之助根本听不进去。以此为契机，演变成将家人卷入的离婚问题…… 面对这一事态，同住的长子、大学生和夫（髙桥海人饰）一方面为自己的将来而烦恼，另一方面也对该如何处理父母的离婚问题感到困惑，于是找女友吉冈美铃（山田杏奈饰）商量。但是，这样的美铃有着和夫不知道的过去。此外，担任税务师的长女滨口遥（樱井由纪饰）因结婚而离开了老家，她对这场骚动感到心痛，于是与丈夫雄太一起努力修复父母的关系。 就在家人担心幸之助和史枝的未来时，意想不到的事情发生了…。An unusually hot spell brings dozens of heat stroke sufferers to the hospital.
