The Unheard follows 20-year-old Chloe Grayden (Lachlan Watson), who after undergoing an experimental procedure to restore her damaged hearing, begins to suffer from auditory hallucinations seemingly related to the mysterious disappearance of her mother.。以“微笑影楼”和“体育中心”为背景的二个相邻家庭之间日常琐事的情景喜剧。又名《辣白菜，沙拉，笑》，是续《无法阻挡》之后播出的短片搞笑剧。这部戏讲述的是一个像辣白菜一样很普通又很保守传统的家庭（申九的家庭）和另外一个像沙拉一样非常有钱而且很开放的家庭（善宇恩淑的家庭）之间成为亲戚之后发生的搞笑故事。。
