当代夏日，某城市。迪厅灯红酒绿，人声鼎沸，台上台下所有男女在疯狂扭动。突然，表演高台上跳舞的虹（姚婧 饰）重重摔了下来，被紧急送往医院救治。通过医生诊断得出结论：暂时性失明。好友封平（马惠茹 饰）知道虹在城里没有住房，就把她安排在城郊叔叔家养伤。一天，封平和男友金新（王诗乔 饰）在影院闲聊，所谈内容被后排一逃犯（王志刚 饰）听到，逃犯尾随二人至叔叔家，将封虹二人挟持。虹试图报警无果，恰巧金新酒后来找封平，逃犯谎称自己是虹的表哥，以表妹已睡为由欲支走金新，争执中惊动了小区保安，金新得以进屋。在与逃犯交谈中，金新发现了端倪，他趁逃犯进厨房时，迅速上楼解救被捆绑的虹......。Toxie finds he has nothing to do as a superhero, as he has ridden his city of evil.
