CLAMP的人氣漫畫《TSUBASA 翼•年代記》繼推出TV版、劇場版動畫之後，確定將發售全3卷描寫《東京砂之國篇》的OVA動畫。 OVA將以《TSUBASA-RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE- TOKYO REVELATIONS》為名，採非賣品方式作為漫畫單行本第21～23卷的初回限定版贈品，全三卷分別命名為《魔術師の伝言》、《少年の右目》、《姫君の視た夢》。 此外，該OVA將由CLAMP的大川緋芭親自撰寫腳本，並由曾製作劇場版的Production I.G繼續擔綱，監督多田俊介，人設菊地洋子，CAST不變。。During a visit to friends, Sara begins having visions and is attacked by an unearthly creature in her friend's swimming pool| she soon discovers that anyone who comes into contact with the water is in danger and she is driven to confront the mystical and malevolent creature lurking in the depths.。主角是一个曾经学过法律的屠宰场工人，三年前女友被车撞死，司机逃逸。如今，他发现了肇事者，并将他杀死。有一个女子知道他的杀人真相和他的身份，但并没有告发他，而是跟他陷入一桩没有前途的恋爱关系...。
