G.I. Joe系列动画续83年的A Real American Hero后，于1984年推出的5集单元的TV动画"The Revenge of Cobra". （眼镜蛇复仇记）2009年的特种部队电影版的故事就是由此改编而来。The film is based on footballer-turned writer Martin Bengtsson’s autobiographical novel In the Shadow of San Siro published in 2007。
