吴松景（郑丽媛 Ryeo-won Jeong 饰）是一名银行职员，向来独立自主的她认为成功的前提是为一切提前做好准备，所以还没有男友的她已经开始计划结婚，生子和孩子上学的问题。28岁生日前夕查体查出了她的脑部患有恶性肿瘤，打乱了她的这些计划。在仅剩的三到六个月的生命期限里，松景在医院意外遇到了同病相怜时日不多的姜东株（严泰雄 Tae-woong Eom 饰），在松景的建议下，二人开始频繁的通过约会来一起准备后事。他们一起去参加葬礼，查看墓地的选址，准备寿衣和体验入殓。在这段看似不可思议的相处中，二人渐生情愫，二人的约会不再是和丧葬有关的内容，而是变得像每个情侣约会那样甜蜜，难舍难分。已然爱上彼此的二人开始不如以往的那么理性坦然面对生死离别，然而距离死亡的日子越来越近…。One day, thinking that it will make your wife and friends smile, you shave off the moustache that you have had for the last ten years. Viewers who like their conclusions tidy may rebel, but those who relish outstanding performances in the service of an intriguing idea will be entertained.
