晶（有村架纯饰）和丈夫修平（青木崇高饰）以及养子骏也（归山龙成饰）过着幸福和睦的生活。一天，忽然传来了修平的死讯，晶的噩梦开始了。带着骏也，晶回到了修平的故乡鹿儿岛，决定在那里开始新的生活，在那里，住着晶未曾谋面的公公节夫（国村隼饰）。 节夫是一个非常内敛和严肃的男人，对于晶和骏也的突然造访，虽然节夫深感意外，但也没有多说什么，就这样一家三口就以这样的形式开始了在同一屋檐下的生活。修平儿时最大的梦想就是成为铁路驾驶员，而骏也在父亲的熏陶之下也对电车充满了憧憬，为了完成修平和骏也共同的梦想，晶决定以成为铁路司机为目标进行努力。。We meet, we get to know each other, we fall in love| we kiss, we embrace, we get physical, and we enjoy the moment, but does it mean that we really have each other?
