蓝泽耕作（山下智久饰）离开了翔阳大学附属北部医院的急救中心，成为了一名神经外科医生。白石惠（新垣结衣饰）依然在人手不足的急救中心担当着领导者的角色。曾经也梦想成为飞行急救医生的绯山美帆子（户田惠梨香饰）离开翔阳医院，成为了妇产科医生。冴岛遥（比嘉爱未饰）依然从事着飞行急救护士的工作。藤川一男（浅利阳介饰）与白石一起留在急救中心，成为了一名整形外科的急救医生。。剧情描述三名男女青年各自因私人理由合租纽约的一幢公寓，本来约好各自拥有每周两天的使用日期，彼此各不相干，不料后来发生交换使用日期的情况之后，竟使三位室友之间产生了美丽的误会。全片虽无波涛起伏的戏剧性，但从流畅的日常生活细节之中表现出都市人珍惜有限的私人生活空间的共性，剧情本身的转折也相当流畅而富趣味性。。Remo Guerra is a policeman with a double life, who at night with a group of thugs, who he occasionally meets in bars, raids rich people's houses in Rome.
