糖厂工人江斯旺独自抚养女儿江露成长，不料在阴差阳错中变成一条小狗。狗爸阿旺费尽力气找到女儿，发现此时江露已长大成人，并成为了一位创作歌手，但看似光鲜亮丽的背后却另有隐情。老爸决定以小狗阿旺的身份开启一段“守护之旅”。。Set in 1989, Jake (Harmon), an out-of-work photojournalist who struggles with addiction and a troubled past, takes a job as watchman of a wilderness lodge on a remote island in the Pacific Northwest, alongside veteran handyman Sparky (Granger). Jake sets up a darkroom to develop the photos he shoots, which begin to reveal disturbing premonitions of their future.。
