2008年播映并引起话题的、传说中的LOLI控动画《红》即将要推出新动画啦！可惜新作不是TV版，而是OVA版。OVA将随7月2日发售的单行本第5卷同时推出。 《红》（くれない）是片山宪太郎原著、山本大和作画的轻小说。作者还凭借本作获得日本集英社第3届SUPER DASH小说新人奖。本作的背景和人物同作者另一作品《电波系少女》相联，属于该作的姊妹作。故事讲述高中一年级生红真九郎和千金小女孩九凤院紫一起生活的、反映着作者“萝莉控妄想症侯群”的故事。 OVA的声优将沿用TV版阵容，亦即是没多少惊喜。虽然现在还没有详细情报，但据悉STAFF方面将有所变动，至少OVA版的人设更接近小说中山本大和的插图风格。 另外，OVA化的消息在日本被报道成是“《红》再动画化决定”。因此OVA的故事有可能和TV版相同，即所谓的编集版。当然，我们还是更希望看到全新的故事。。The series follows the lives of both the family and the servants in the London townhouse at 165 Eaton Place.
