影片改编自同名畅销小说，讲述的是初来天堂报到的小不点天使把天堂闹的人仰马翻，随着上帝之子耶稣诞辰逐渐接近，最小的天使他的朋友小狗Halo一起踏上了回家之旅。。剧情分为两个部分：一边是一个神秘的女人，即将步入结婚礼堂；一边是一个有轻度自杀倾向的音乐工作者，被阴错阳差地关进了精神病医院……电影交错展现了两个主人公生活中的片断，似乎毫无关联的故事和人物，可又时时联系到一起。一个沉浸在痛苦的回忆中的女人和一个纷扰不断的男人。在影片中，那个独立成功的女人将慢慢走向封闭，而 “被囚禁”的男人却不知不觉地走向了自身的解放。。A mysterious application called 'Wishlist' comes into the possession of a group of teenagers.
