《就算一個人也可以好好的吃飯》講述了一個人際關係邊緣有著社恐的初入社會上班族；一個剛跟女朋友分手很怕獨處的室內設計師；在相同的廚房，卻是在相差三年的不同年代時空，各自藉由動手做自釀果實酒與料理美食而認識並學習屬於自己的生活，是「料理療癒人心」的故事，因為很多時候「吃飽了就沒事了！」。Story of an inventor who, suffering betrayal in life, makes a career of it by becoming a clown whose act consists of getting slapped by all the other clowns. He falls in love with another circus performer, and those who betrayed him enter his life yet again.。
