On June 23rd, 2022 it was announced by ITV2 and ITV Studios that from 2023 onwards, the show would once again be attempting to produce 2 seasons per year with the first of these airing in January,2023, while the usual summer season would also air later with an 8-week run.。故事以纪录片的方式展开，一队纪录片摄制组采访了一位深居简出的疯人画家，但之后他们发现这位疯子似乎人间蒸发了，而他们这部纪录片成为解谜的关键。而片尾疯子那句“我们到底谁才是疯子？”令人颇感神秘。。
