With the streets controlled by the Italian mob, Bumpy must...。土豪大大老爷偶遇陈金兰，心生爱意。几经打听，从王萍口中得知陈金兰乃吴达之妻。但陈金兰因父亲浅欠下吴达巨债，被吴达强抢回去。因王萍对土豪大大老爷怀有爱意，便帮助其追求金兰。吴达性情暴躁，纵然陈金兰也对土豪大老爷抱有爱意，但还是不敢违背吴达。土豪决意学习武术，打算从吴达手中抢夺陈金兰。后来土豪认识了对吴达有意见的胞弟吴通，其实吴通也对陈金兰心怀爱意，两人商量把金兰从吴达手中救出来。计谋开始以失败告终，两人一计不成，连生几计，最后误打误撞让吴达被抓。土豪大老爷最终抱得美人归。。
